5. Seighford Artishoo (Tomney)

Minor Dog Minor Bitch

1. Verysharp Pretty Boy (Amos & Sioukas)
Black Brindle, Superhead, dark eye, neat feet. Strong front and well ribbed for the age. Very short-coupled. Power galore in the hind quarters. Moved really well. Won minor puppy:- hope it develops as I believe. Should have a real future.

2. Rawedge Worknclass Man (Lay)
Another very good pup. Scored in head for proportion and size set off by a dark round eye. Construction sound and balanced.

3. Wooloostaff Mr Megabucks (Lambert)
This one did not enjoy showing, however the quality was there and he got his place despite making assessment difficult.

4. Linwest Backinblack (Holahan)

5. Niatona All Revved Up (Imp UK) (Morse)

1. Ourgang Mystery Woman (Flentjar)
This one scored in head, feminine but powerful. The front, rib, brisket were correct. Nicely laid-back shoulders so the topline was held level on the move when the powerful hind quarters drew her along. The coat was true Stafford.

2. Ourgang Queen Moussette (Wolf)
Litter sister to the first. Scored heavily in the head, deep wide muzzle with deep underjaw. Level toplinem showed in the power of the hindquarters on the move, A little over weight in my opinion so number 1 scored on definition and outline.

3. Rawedge Painted Black (Dunley)
Nice shaped head with round eye. Strong neck, good shoulder placement, plenty of drive. She didn’t enjoy showing which didn’t make her qualities obvious.

4. Reewen My Hearts Desire (Fry & Pleydeel-Fry)

5. Nupowa Cissy Chartreuse (Wood)

Puppy Dog Puppy Bitch

1. Cherabah Magic Effect (Ausmade Knls)
Dark brindle and an elegant dog but with no loss to masculinity. Skull, muzzle ears, eyes correct. Carried his topline on the move, balanced hindquarters and in shining condition.

2. Belleden Devil O Orion (Shaw)
A dog in excellent overall balance, masculine without coarseness. The head scored highly and it was well off for bone with short coupled body and well bent stifles. I owe the exhibitor an apology. I saw a dry dark grey nose and outside the ring the dog showed that the pigmentation is perfect – a black shiny nose. Mystery unresolved but I don’t think it cost him a place.

3. Westbred Limited Edition (Shepherd)
Red of a different type. Classic head, eye colour good, neat ears. Brisket and chest width good, straight front. Everything in balance. He made up a class with plenty of talent.

4. Cherabah Divils Advocate (Sing)

5. Borstaff Ned Notlysocks (McBride)

1. Knrstaffs Its All Fine (White & Thurley)
Attracted me immediately. Clean cut, true bitch’s head with a great expression. Front ample with good straight bone. Up in her pasterns, ample rib, short-coupled and well constructed. The true stafford coat I like was there.

2. Jeolena Lemony Snicket (Brien)
Good headed red with nice expression. Most of the remarks on the first I apply and I only separated them on the clean light lip and muzzle which 1st had the edge.

3. Ausmade The Heat Is On (Ausmade Knls)
Dark brindle, good underjaw, nice cleft in the skill making the ezpression right. The square muzzle and fill-up under the eye appealed. Soundly made – well bent stifles and a third very nice bitch.

4. Cherabah Thdivil Ndisgis (Lane)

Junior Dog Junior Bitch

1. Kypajuka Son Of A Crumbb (Walsh)
R
an the bitch close for best Junior. A good old type of , right in type of the standard. The head was proportionate strong and balanced. Eyes OK for the coat colour. Neck strong well sprung rib, longer than many in rib but the coupling was short as the Standard demands. Hindquarters the muscular sort we desire, I hope judges will not knock him for a short back which is French bulldog not Stafford.

2. Jeolena Mixandmax (Schintler)
Red, cobbier type, quality head and body, Moved like a train. Muzzle a little shorter than the ideal but a very good dog.

3. Amshka Big As Texas (Gadsby)
Showed little interest in showing, but his quality came through for reward in a tough class.

4. Sevilara Red Rebel (Bover)

5. Cherabah Th Divil Nblack (Lane)

1. Amshka Miss Molly (Hartnett)
Nice expression with a feminine head without weakness. Nice round eye, well-filled under eye, stong neck, straight front with round bone. Topline OK, coupling OK and hind quarter in balance. My best junior in a close call.

2. Nuklnoz Ducati Monster (Smith)
No monster this! A little heavier construction than one, but still very obviously a bitch. Soundly constructed and typey.

3. Linick Charlies Girl (Irvine)
A well-made bitch on target for size and type. I liked the cleaner less fleshy muzzle on 1 & 2.

4. Sevilara Diamond Lily (Bover)

Intermediate Dog Intermediate Bitch

An enormous class and there were very good dogs left out as there are only 5 cards on offer.

1. Koendidda Umrum (Schelfhorst)
Mainly white, Skull and muzzle perfect. Mainly black eye rims. Eyes as dark as they come. Front excellent body to match, brisket and sprung ribs in proportion. Short coupled – ample power behind. Feet acceptable – a small minus in a really good dog.

2. Chablakmor Private Ryan (Mortimer)
Dark brindle, heavier type, head qualities excellent, short coupled, and all the parts balanced which scored well.

3. Lendale Sitting Bull (Fergus)
Classic red, cheek bumps present, the head qualities were great. Sprung ribs, well muscled hindquarters. Coupling spot on and moved well. What neat ears.

4. Stoneheart One Eyed Jack (Trimble)

5. Linwest Welcome Stranger (Hayabusa Knls)

1. Ch Pitstaff Eye Candy (Bustabones)
The Affix is the same as a New Zealand breeders I helped with stock so I did a double-take. Stylish bitch, eyes scored well, and on construction she was excellent. Her head is feminine, nicely shaped perhaps not quite as big as my ideal, but taken on a whole this bitch was a first-class specimen.

2. Jenrana Coco Kabana (Marsh)
Powerful skull, punishing underjaw, the rest of her sound and proportionate. My first scored on eye pigmentation.

3. Michlau Storm (Schulz)
Very compact bitch, head qualities good and all in proportion. Stifles not 100%, but nothing road walking won’t right.

4. Holleystaffs Moonshadow (White & Thurley)

5. Powerpaws Invisibl Touch (Blacher)

Graduate Dog Graduate Bitch

1. Linwest Jack Frost (Lindsey)
White dog old fashioned type. Head spot on in all departments no exaggerations. Front, bone, shoulder placements, spring of rib, depth of brisket good. Level topline, tuck up and waist as desired. Powerful hindquarters. Feet passable and the hind-end a touch cow-hocked but scarcely noticeable. Super dog. Reserve Dog

2. Wardrum Beyond Therapy (Hart)
Brindle – not quite as good as my first in muzzle. Again close to the Standard in all departments after that and with qualities equal I went on personal preference.

3. Seighford Casabu CD (Letson)
Very similar qualities to 2 and it was good to have 3 so close to the Standard. Again it came down to personal preference.

4. Hotrox Rowdy Barker (Hotrox)

5. Arlian Buket Ofvyno (Peggie)

1. Borstaff Bumble Bee (Fry & Playdell-Fry)
I admire the head with its hard-bitten expression. Muzzle proportions ideal with a deep underjaw. Deep stop on a stong skull and good eye. The proportions of the body scored well for type. The front was correct with strong bone with no coarseness. The topline level, tail set ok, plenty of drive behind. Could have done with a pound or two off.

2. Stoneheart Snow Gypsy (Harrison & Driscoll)
White with black. Head a good shape and size. Much of the qualities of 1st. I preferred the feet on my first.

3. Borstaff Ticklish Allsort (Brien)
Very powerful head matching muzzle to skull. Dark-eye and dark eye-rims. The rest of her in proportion to the head. A little overweight I prefer a little more terrier, bit that’s only my opinion.

4. Kimbastaff Painted Black (Treadwell)

Limit Dog Limit Bitch

1. Chablakmor Devils Brew (Sladdin)
Black brindle with white points. Lovely hear once again accommodated to the white blaze. Neatest ears. Shoulder, rib, brisker, bone front good, Standard dog, proportioned right. Feet passable but that's no deviation from a grand dog.

2. Takillas Taboo Noire (Imp UK) (Evans)
Dark brindle with a little blaze on the chest. Best head in class. Stong in all departments without a trace of coarseness or exaggeration. Preferred the bend of stifle on one. Typical Takilla quality dog.

3. Katung Firestorm Red (Fitzpatrick)
Colour matches its name. Great front, ample bone; Head in proportion and strong. Scored heavily in the power behind. A little down on pasterns (roadwork!)

4. Gecane Baggeridge Lane (Naprowski)

5. Bajed Yamaha (Dawes)

1. Boldhart Coco Chanel (Baxter)
Red. Wonderful head and expression, bang on the desired standard in my view. The eyes, ears and the expression lines are an eye catcher. Neck strong, correct length, front, shoulder rib, length of back in ideal proportion. Hocks well let down, coat first-class, tail right length and carried well. A little big for my taste but won on pure quality.

2. Jumadabey Hareth (Huon)
Mainly white with ticking. Nicely proportioned head and the rest in balance. Sound and typey.

3. Tribalstaff Goldeen (Walsh)
Head qualities helped by a lovely dark round eye attached. True Stafford coat. Well proportioned.

4. Doobagg Tamboora (Brook)

5. Lapwing Outgoing Olivia (Morse)

Australian Bred Dog Australian Bred Bitch

1. Chablakmor Devils Advocate (Mortimer)
Magnificent head, great top, neatest ears, front wide with straight, strong bone, shoulders well laid back, short-coupled. Great hind end and a tight hard genuine Stafford coat.

2. Ch Mishmax Little Gladiator (Peggie)
Similar to ‘!’. Super head, a study in that department. Spring of rib OK. All the rest to tye and quality. Scores over ‘1” on feet, loses on spring of rib. Difficult chouce to make.

3. Highbourne Baryshnikov (Fraser)
Lighter built but in perfect proportion and balance to complete a great dog of his type. Movement good. Smaller head with correct angles and proportions making it a punishing head and would have pleased the creators of the breed.

4. Ch Stafflyte Lord O Thering (Rice)

5. Seighford Grand Slam (AI) (Gadsby)

1. Stoneheart Hide The Halo (Trimble)
Classical head helped by correct eye and carriage of ears. Nice muscle on the neck. Well proportioned body. Carried a level topline on the move with speaks volumes for the construction. This one showed the cheek bumps which are and endangered feature.

2. Ch Bustabones All By Myself (Bustabones)
Personality shone out. The head qualities had the refinement of a bitch but amply powerful. Excellent eye and stop. Body proportions to match. Close call with No 1.

3. Likalot On Impulse (Livingstone)
Pied bitch, very powerful head, eye colour good, front good, feet good, hind quarters good. I preferred topline of 1 and 2.

4. Ch Jenrana All That Jazz (Jennings)

5. Ch Seighford Tikka Masala (AI) (Lowe)

Open Dog Open Bitch

1. Ch Linwest Thunderstruck (Lindsey)
Red and white dog with a super head and a really dark eye (difficult to achieve in a red) well-ribbed, and short coupled, The front is a gun-barrel straight with well padded feet on the end. The body proportioned and in balance and it moved with drive. The feet didn’t turn out in the ideal fraction but that could not detract form a super and standard dog.

2. Gr Ch Highbourne Luskin Star (Fraser)
Black brindle. The great head begins with a deep underjaw, square muzzle filling out to a grand skull, neat ears and correct eyes. Lovely condition and a correct coat. Neat ears enhanced the appearance head-on and I thought long and hard before placing him behind my first.

3. Gr Ch Boldhart Olly Took (Lowe)
A third classy dog, close to the ideal standard a match for the first two. Not quite in hard condition today but a grand dog.

4. Ch Ascalon Edged In Black (Milne)

5. Ch Bustabones Howard Ulikit (Bustabones)

1. Knockon Bitter Sweet (Imp UK) (Evans)
On her toes, full of personality, bang on for size and a cracker! Her construction, type and proportions met what I was looking for. She was a bitch with the refinement at no cost to power proportions met what I was looking for. She was a bitch with the refinement at no cost to power and balanced the bull and terrier to perfection. She grabbed my attention and held it. If i may nit-piuck I'd like a rounder eye, I feel ashamed tomention such a small point really. Best in show.

2. Gr Ch Highbourne Mummys Pet (Fraser)
Beautiful head with lovely round eye, correct ears. Strong neck, well-laid back shoulders, great front, well ribbed with a waistline and tuck-up. The hindquarters in perfect balance and one I liked very much. Personality girl won today.

3. Ch Jenrana Ebony Anivory (Jennings)
Pied bitch. Here was another bitch of quality, construction and type.

4. Linwest Sunni (Pearce)

5. Ch Westbred Acid Queen (Shepherd)

It was a pleasure to find depth of quality in this class and these winners had to beat some grand bitches.
